SHIPPING INFORMATION
In Most cases orders will be shipped the same day or within one (1) business day. All orders are sent by UPS Ground (typically 2-3 business days). Weekends and holidays are not business days. After your order is processed you will receive a confirmation email stating that your order has been received and processed. If you would like a tracking # from UPS, please use the “Contact us” page to request one. ADDRESSES MUST BE UPS DELIVERABLE! NO P.O. BOXES.

There is a flat shipping rate of $11.50 on all orders to the US and Canada. Please call for international rates.

BACKORDER POLICY

DAMAGES AND SHORTAGES
Damaged or defective items may be returned to us for replacement only. Damaged or defective items must be reported immediately and returned to us within 5 business days. All damaged or defective returns must include an invoice number in order for us to process your replacement and an email sent to admin@DominantSports.net. Please double check all item numbers, and format, when ordering, since returns and exchanges are not permitted after 10 days.
